Performance Coaching
Coaching for small business owners and community leaders
A 12-week, one-on-one program for people who train hard, lead others and want their whole life to work, not just one part of it.

Who it is for
High performers who want every part of life to succeed
Chris works with small business owners, community leaders and high achievers, many of whom practice Jiu Jitsu and are sincere about fulfilling their potential off the mat as well.
- You run a business, or lead a team, a school or a community.
- You are winning in one area of life and paying for it in another.
- You believe in growth through deliberate struggle, on the mat or off it.
- You are ready to be coached, and to do the work between calls.

The Big Four

Kind words
What clients say
“My coaching with Chris helped me navigate through what could have been the most difficult season of my life. Instead I see it as one of the most rewarding. Because of Chris, I now have so much clarity of purpose and a better understanding of my own internal drive.”
“I realized I wasn’t an imposter. After our conversations, that was the epiphany: OK, I can do this. My relationship with my students is deeper, and it’s closing the back door. It’s a lot easier to keep students than it is to get them.”
“Chris was a bright light to guide me out of one of the darkest times of my life. I went from being a good person to always trying to be the best version of myself that I can be.”
“Chris was my saving ferryman who guided me across a sea of desperation to a beautiful path towards the light. Because of Chris I went from being completely lost to being highly confident that I could handle the difficult problem in front of me.”

Questions
Before you apply
How do I know if a performance coach is right for me?
Coaching suits people who are sincere about their growth, ready to do the work between calls and able to commit to 12 weeks. A coach who has been there before can help you see what is hard to see alone.
The discovery call is where you and Chris decide together whether it is the right fit.
What does the coaching relationship involve?
If you are selected for the program, you start with an introductory assessment. Chris takes you through his Big Four assessment to get a clear picture of where you are now and what you want to achieve.
After onboarding, Chris gives you your personal transformation roadmap and supports you every week as you run the process: a weekly Zoom call, plus unlimited messages on a private channel.
How do I know it is worth the investment?
Start by putting a number on your goal: "If I achieve X in the next 12 weeks, that is worth Y." That tells you what the goal is worth to you. Whether coaching is the right way to reach it is what the discovery call is for: you and Chris look at the goal, the commitment it takes and the fit before you decide. Coaching is $2,000 a month; see what it includes.
What if I have more than one goal?
Good. The Big Four assessment looks at the main areas of your life and lines up what matters most. Most clients want to improve more than one area, and together you and Chris build a roadmap that works on all of them at once.
Can I keep working with Chris after the 12 weeks?
Many clients choose to. Chris limits first-time clients to the 12-week program so both sides can see the fit before a longer coaching relationship. For clients who are coachable and committed, he is glad to continue.
How do I know the program will work?
No coach can promise your results; the work is yours. What Chris brings is a clear process, weekly accountability and years of helping people through hard seasons. If the discovery call shows coaching is not the right fit, he will tell you.
Coaching is education and support, not medical, psychological or financial treatment or advice. Results depend on the client and are not guaranteed in any timeframe.
